A former Whitehall Special Adviser, Adrian Pepper has inside knowledge of the UK’s central government. Want to know how change happens? Join us for an eye-opening exploration of Whitehall’s work. We will cover the mechanisms by which policy is made and implemented, influences that shape decision making and case studies of influencing policy and government outcomes. We will also look at the ways in which central government interacts with local government and how central government is constituted, funded and operated.
