## About the trainers

[Adrian Pepper](https://www.linkedin.com/in/adrian-pepper-0171512/) has been advising businesses, government bodies, and third-sector organisations on their reputations and communication strategies for the past 30 years. A former Whitehall Special Adviser, Adrian has completed government communications projects for Central London Forward, the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster City Council. 

[Simon Jones](https://www.linkedin.com/in/simon-jones-b918a127/) is an award-winning strategic communications professional with past experience as an editor and journalist for national newspapers in the UK and overseas. With 10+ years experience in local government communications, Simon is the Chair of LGcomms, the national network of professional development for local government communicators.
