Caxton Youth Organisation is a vital Westminster-based charity supporting learning disabled and autistic young people aged 11–25. Our goal for the redesign was to create a digital home that mirrors the physical club’s warmth, safety, and energy.
Our design approach focused heavily on accessibility, warmth, and clarity. We utilised a clean, structured layout with friendly typography and a high-contrast colour palette to ensure ease of navigation. By framing essential services like term-time sessions, holiday activities, and family respite care into highly visual, digestible blocks, we reduced cognitive load for users navigating complex care choices. Critical transactional flows, such as making a youth referral or processing donations, were streamlined into prominent, friction-free paths, ultimately helping Caxton expand its reach and continue breaking down social barriers.
