Why does Change Management matter and how do I make it happen?

It’s almost inevitable that an organisation will go through periods of change at some point. Sometime the change experience is a good one; sometimes it’s less so! Maybe that’s been the case for you?

In this 1-day interactive course we will share the essentials of how to navigate and manage change successfully, from sharing the reasons for change, to the development of products to help deliver and manage the change, and then finally, to land and sustain that change.

Anyone responsible for initiating or delivering change within their organisation, whether it be Heads of departments, deputy level positions, senior managers and new or aspiring change leaders in local government.

About the trainer: 

Steve Jones (MAPM, Chartered MCIPD) is Head of Consultancy at Clarion Insight Ltd. He brings close to four decades of knowledge, skills and experience in his consultancy roles, focused on change management, learning and development, and project management, addressing strategic organisational workforce demands and helping organisations, both in the public and private sector, shape the future.

Over the last 13 years, Steve has had the privilege of working with and supporting a broad range of clients across technology, finance, energy, construction, rail, defence and finance sectors, having previously enjoyed a 25-year career in the public sector with the Defence and Intelligence communities.
