Understand how to build trust and loyalty from both your internal and external clients and stakeholders, by adopting the three roles and associated behaviours of a trusted advisor.
Over four two hour sessions we will introduce you to a needs-based consulting approach; what that means, and the skills that underpin each step of the process.
Together we will complete an assessment of your current approach, in terms of how you work with your clients and stakeholders - and critically how they may perceive you.
What pre-work, software or tools do you need?
You will be sent pre-work material to be completed prior to the sessions including guide with key skills and concepts.
