As organisations across the public sector continue to explore the potential of AI, many are finding that while tools are available, adoption is uneven.
People are experimenting in different ways, teams aren’t always aligned, and leaders are under pressure to move quickly without always having clarity on what “good” looks like in practice.
In this context, the challenge is often less about the technology itself, and more about how people adapt. In other words, how teams work, how leaders lead, and how organisations respond to change.
Join us for an interactive session exploring the human side of AI adoption.
Working alongside the “AI Detectives”, we will explore the common barriers organisations face when engaging with AI, diagnose challenges in a fictional organisation, and then apply the same thinking to your own context.
